Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Time Frame: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition of Items: Products must be in their original condition, unopened, sealed, and complete with all original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or proof of purchase from our website is required for all returns and exchanges.

Please Note: Items purchased through any other third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for return or exchange through our online process.

Conditions for Refunds

Unopened Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the products are still in their original, unopened state, you may request a refund within 14 days from the order date.

Defective or Incorrect Items: For products that have been opened but are confirmed to have manufacturing defects or were incorrectly shipped, we will offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment or provided as a voucher/coupon code equivalent to the product's value, at your discretion.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placement provided they are not yet been shipped.

After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will only be possible after confirmation from the shipping company.

 

Shipping Charges

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping charges when returning or exchanging items.

Company Responsibility: If the return is due to a confirmed quality issue or an error on our part (such as shipping the incorrect item), we will bear the shipping costs.
